The most important software in your company has no logo.
We build production-critical systems. Internal platforms. Properly!
Fortune 100 teams hire us. So do the startups they’re worried about.

The business moved Your software didn't
The system you need isn't sold
Somewhere along the way, the stack fell behind. The platform that ran everything now needs to do one more thing it will never do. The system that should exist isn't sold anywhere, because your operation stopped being average years ago. And the honest fix, building it properly, always cost a year you don't have.
Your workaround has workarounds
An approval chain that lives in an inbox. A portal from a vendor two contracts ago, extended by email. A critical process one person runs from memory. Correctly, most days. Fifty-person companies run this way. Global groups run this way, with more people.
Then the way software gets built changed.
The build that cost a year fits inside a quarter now. Same standard, most of the calendar returned.
The labor is agentic. The judgment isn't.
Machines run the pipeline. People run the machines. Nothing ships until both are satisfied, and only one of them gets tired.
What changed
The method, not the standard. Agents now work the whole pipeline: scoping, code, tests, documentation, the back office nobody puts on a website. We're in the Claude Partner Network, and we rebuilt delivery around what that unlocks. The slow part of building software was never the typing. It was the year wrapped around the typing. That's what the harness ate.
What didn't
Everything you'd put in a contract. Senior architects make the calls. Engineers read every line, and sign what they read. Nothing ships on vibes. Production standard, documentation, handover, your ownership of code and data: exactly where you left them. We were rigorous before the models got good. The models got good. We stayed rigorous.
Certified three years running.
We build on Retool because it is the fastest governed path to production for internal software. Two hundred apps in, we know its edges: what belongs in it, what does not, and the undocumented behavior in between.
- Direct line to the Retool platform team
- 200+ production apps shipped on the platform
- We publish what we learn in Dev notes
AI where it earns its place.
As an official Claude partner we put agents inside real workflows, under the same rules as everything else we ship: scoped access, audit trails, and a human approval wherever the stakes demand one.
- Agents embedded in queues and workflows
- Governance and audit on every model call
- No AI for its own sake: the metric decides
“Stackdrop delivered the Launchpad in weeks: faster time-to-market, lower cost, and a centralized hub for most of our paid assets.”
In their words

“They shipped a working refund console in five weeks and handed it over with docs our engineers actually read. Rare.”
From requirement to running platform, in weeks
We work in weekly cycles. Validate assumptions fast, refine direction with confidence, get a system your team can run on their own.
- Weekly demos: a working surface every Friday
- Direct integration with your existing stack
- Handover docs & enablement built in

Hi there
AI, all the
way down™
Everything, transcribed. Calls, meetings and decisions captured, searchable, and looped straight back into the work.
Agents on top. Long-running agents live on the platform, handling the ops in the background.
Research, accelerated. We lean on AI to scope, investigate and de-risk every build before code ships.
Our own tools. Internal tooling we built, dogfood daily, and ship faster because of.
Grounded in context. Every surface we build is wired into your full picture, never isolated screens.
Getting started is easy
Tell us about your workflows. We'll come back inside two business days with a concrete plan and a working prototype within weeks.
